Mana Lions Club help Over 70's enjoy Christmas Lunch

Local over 70’s enjoy Christmas Lunch at Police College.

The Lions Club of Mana with the assistance of Tawa, Titahi Bay and Waitangirua Lions Clubs held the annual over 70’s Christmas Lunch at the Royal NZ Police College. More than 200 over 70‘s , from Tawa to Pukerua Bay attended this year’s function held on Sunday 4 December 2016

Lorna Harrison of Aotea said “It was a great meal and wonderful fellowship. Your club members were so welcoming and kind”

This is the 20th year that the Mana Lions have held this function.

Trust Porirua City Brass Band provided music by playing Christmas carols during the lunch

Mana Lions President Ron Wezenbeek thanked Trust House, Trust Porirua and the Royal NZ Police College for their assistance in running this successful event.
