Lion Sheryl Jensen, a member of the Sulphur City Lions Club in Rotorua, is putting her name forward as a candidate for election to become the International Director representing Constitutional Area 7 in 2012 – 2014.
Past Council Chairman Sheryl’s candidacy has been endorsed by her club and by District 202L. She now requires endorsement from Multiple District 202, and this will be sought at the MD Convention in New Plymouth this month.
Constitutional Area 7, covering Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Islands of the South Pacific, has not been represented by an International Director from New Zealand since the 2004 – 2006 term.
