Whakatane Sunshine Coast Lions Club is currently a ladies only club with 30 plus members.

Whilst we are here to serve the community, we as a group have a lot of fun and fellowship in the process.

We currently own a candy floss machine which we take along to community events and school galas, helping people funraise for their special projects.

We sponsor yearly, a young student on the Spirit of Adventure.

Catering is a large funraiser for us, helping out at Race Days, Community Events and private functions.

Dinner meetings are enjoyable with a guest speaker or fun nights, such as odd shoe night, and an Olympic Games night.  Noisy and enjoyable, but no pressure.
